The
Department of History at Duquesne is staffed
by both veteran faculty members, with many
years of teaching experience and strong
records of research and publication, as
well as a number of energetic younger scholars.
All are strongly committed to working closely
with students. They welcome the opportunity
to share their knowledge and skills with
all who seek a career in studying the past.
Faculty who teach the basic professional
courses and supervise interns in the AME
Program are full-time professors in the
Department of History who have considerable
experience in public History, as well as
expertise in their areas of historical specialization.
The Departmental Staff is committed to serving and meeting the needs of its graduate students, full- and part-time faculty members, and Department Chair, as well as the Duquesne University community as a whole.
