2.1 STUDENT
RESPONSIBILITY
All students must consult with their academic
advisor at least once a semester/term and are
strongly encouraged to maintain regular contact
with their advisors.
While the academic advisor serves
as a resource for policies and procedures in academic
areas and monitors the student's academic progress,
it is ultimately the student's responsibility
to ensure his/her own awareness and successful
completion of academic requirements. The student
is responsible for knowing the requirements for
the degree. Requirements may change without notice
or obligation.
All students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with
the University Academic Integrity Policy, as stated in The Student
Handbook and Code of Students Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct.
The handbook is available in the Office of Student Activities,
Room 305, Duquesne University.
